Wokingham Borough Council has resolved to grant planning permission for an outline scheme for up to 300 dwellings. The application included detailed provision for a crucial section of the Northern Distributor Road, a vital piece of infrastructure for the North Wokingham Strategic Development Location.
The application was submitted on behalf of the Keephatch Beech Consortium, which comprises Bellway Homes, Shanly Homes, Beaulieu Homes and Sustainable Land.
Kevin Scott Consultancy has been working on the management of the Consortium and working on the planning strategy with Barton Willmore, who submitted the planning application. The Masterplan was prepared by McBains Cooper.
