We’re delighted to share that last night, the RWBM planning committee unanimously approved two residential schemes in Maidenhead, totalling 88 apartments. Both were recommended for approval, with officer reports offering a masterclass in balanced and thorough assessment.
These projects, brought forward by our client Sorbon Estates and designed by WaM Architecture, will help rejuvenate a previously overlooked stretch of West Street on the edge of the town centre. They follow a similar scheme approved earlier this year, continuing the momentum for positive change in the area.
