Formerly known as Kevin Scott Consultancy, we rebranded in 2019 to mark our 10th anniversary, reflecting both our heritage and our ambitions for the future.

Since then, we have continued to grow, expanding our team, broadening our expertise, and delivering successful outcomes across an increasingly diverse range of projects. We work across England, predominately working with clients in the South East.

It depends on what you’re proposing, where the site is and whether any restrictions apply, such as a conservation area or listed building. Some works fall under permitted development. We can review your proposal and tell you quickly which route applies.

It varies by council, and the variation is bigger than people expect. We’ll give you a realistic timeline based on the specific authority your site falls under.

We advise on planning risk and strategy, prepare and manage applications, coordinate the consultant team and negotiate with the local authority on your behalf, from the first appraisal through to a decision.

Yes. We’ll review the reasons for refusal and advise whether a revised application or an appeal gives you the better chance of success, then manage whichever route you choose.
