We have been advising the Keephatch Beech Consortium on a site in Wokingham. We are very pleased to have just obtained reserved matters approval for 300 new homes within the North Wokingham Strategic Development Area. As well as the new homes, the scheme will deliver the crucial stage of the Northern Distributor Road through the SDL to London Road and the Keephatch Beech junction. It will also provide a pub/restuarant and substantial areas of open spaces including a large park or SANGS and allotments.
The Consortium comprises Bellway Homes, Beaulieu Homes, Shanly Homes and Sustainable Homes.
The architects were Omega Architects who produced the masterplan below.
