Plans to regenerate the area of Aylesbury town centre known as Waterside North moved closer with the decision of the Strategic Development Management Committee to grant outline planning permission for the first phase. This decision will now be referred to the Secretary of State for a final say.
Kevin Scott Consultancy is working with Aylesbury Vale District and Buckinghamshire County Councils on this project to deliver mixed use redevelopment in the town.
